It took a huge toll on my confidence. My sister suggested trying Apple cider vinegar. I was very skeptical but more importantly desperate to find anything that might work. Within one week I noticed a huge difference. My face was not as red and the acne was less noticeable. after two weeks of two tablets in the morning and two at night my face and back were totally clear!
