Plus, the health benefits of a good, hearty cider vinegar are incredible (read Dr. Jarvis' book on the subject, or I believe the maker of Bragg's cider vinegar wrote a book about it). Bragg's is organic, it contains the complete cider (not strained), and it contains the "mother" which is the stuff that makes it very healthful vinegar. All these components make for an extremely healthy super-food/supplement. Combine all the above atrributes with a very low price (per ounce), and you have one of the world's most powerful and affordable health boosters. It seemed like you could find reports of it being good for just about anything that bothers you. After years of reading the reports, I finally decided to try some. I put a tablespoon in a large glass of water and sip it throughout the morning. Then I have another in the afternoon.Right off the bat, I started feeling better. Understand, I am healthy, and don't have any medical issues, but I do have that "blah" feeling from being overworked and tired. What I noticed when I started taking the ACV was that I felt much perkier. I come home and don't feel like I need to collapse on the sofa. I feel much more chipper and alert throughout the day. I am a big believer now in this product . . . give it a try and see if it does not make you feel better. |
