To my knowledge in the past the only real way to get rid of them was expensive oral medications which many people could never afford and which you evidently have to get liver function tests for due to how the meds affect your liver. I used this herbal treatment for a few months and it almost completely cleared them up. Don't expect this to happen overnight--it takes ages for regrowth to completely occur as toenails grow slowly therefore it will be awhile before the whole affected area is gone. I'm going to purchase a second batch and I'm sure after that it will be gone--already my toenails look better than they have in 15-20 years.
