I want my $3 back. This slop of words has no organization whatsoever. No titles, chapters, ingredient list. Anything. It literally looks like an ongoing essay of how to throw together vegetables. Absolutely awful, and overpriced by $4 (yes, that is a dollar more than it costs. I want to be paid an inconvenience fee).

A lot of people trying out supplements like these just don't have realistic expectations, and it shows. Let's bring the white elephant into the room- weight loss pills are loaded with caffeine and other stimulants. You will react to these supplements just like you react to any large dose of caffeine. This can include shakes, jitters, trouble sitting still, and trouble falling asleep potentially for several hours after taking the supplement. These are all normal, everyday reactions to caffeine that you can examine for yourself by downing a Mountain Dew or a Red Bull or too much coffee. Just like the packaging says, you should start off with a single dose after a meal to judge your reaction- I'm a very large male with high caffeine tolerance, and I was still left jittery and sweating after my first dose.

Aside from the caffeine, there's not too much to say about Stacker 3. The most important is that Stacker 3 does not have ephedra, a stimulant pulled due to health risks. The... Read more

First of all, like the previous user said, it does work, but it does have side effects. I experienced first hand that if you don't take it for a while, and you start back taking it, you will get dizzy and queasy. It also makes you feel that way if you don't eat properly, and just take the capsule. You definitely have to eat first, and then take it. With that being said, I love taking it. Don't get me wrong, I don't abuse these pills because you shouldn't with any pills diet or otherwise. You also can't expect the pill to do all the work either. I needed something that would help enhance my cardio workouts. When I take these pills, it helps to boost my energy (the caffeine) and it helps me to burn fat. As a result, that helps to keep my body fat percentage down. As with anything, it's definitely not for everybody, but I have taken everything from "AppleCider Vinegar" tablets to "Green Tea" tablets, and neither one worked like this one did. I cant say for sure if this works or not. However, i can give reason for why i say that. I have a slight anxiety issue (before taking the drug) and while taking stacker 3, it increased my anxiety to the point of a trip to the emergency room due to a panic attack and waking up to a panic attack. It also caused more internal gas problems, sometimes causing really bad chest pains almost feeling like a heart attack. I was only on the drug for 1 week when these effects took place. So please use caution if you decide to take this drug and you are already dealing with anxiety problems... even minor ones. On the otherhand, my girlfriend was taking it for a few weeks and had no negative side effects. But the weightloss was minor. Although, without diet and exercise, im sure it would be slower.

I have taken Braggs ACV for eight straight months. That's right, I've religiously taken 1-2 tablespoons 2-3 times per day for 250 days. I'd like to share my personal experiences and the changes my body has gone through since I started last October.

At the outset of my ACV "diet" I was a pretty healthy 6'2" 210 pound 29 year-old guy with a decent spare tire around my waist. I was enjoying life a little too much and exercising too little. I am 34 year-old male who had terrible side effects (severe constipation) from statins while trying to reduce my cholesterol of 234. I had to quit taking them. A friend at work recommended 2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar with some juice every day. She said her results shocked her doctor after 2 months. She also said it worked for her sister.

So, I tried it that night, and also wanted to check it out online, because I'm always a skeptic. What I found was that a LOT of people recommend ACV for a whole range of things that interest me. After reading all I've read, and from my personal experience so far, I'm really diggin it. I became interested in ACV when a coworker mentioned it as an effective weight loss aid. While doing some online research, I read that it can be beneficial for scalp conditions. Over the past few weeks, my scalp has started itching and flaking like crazy--to the point of insanity. I was scratching so much that I left scabs, and I've hated the way it looks. I have chocolate brown hair so the flakes are very obvious. Prescription shampoo (Nizoral) helped some but didn't completely cure it.

So I tried some undiluted ACV as a post-shampoo hair rinse--and it worked great! I've used it three times now, and dandruff is about 98% gone. The itching has COMPLETELY cleared up. I couldn't be happier. My method is: Pantene shampoo, rinse, full-strength ACV, rinse. My hair is super soft and shiny afterwards. I read that some folks dilute the ACV first, others use ACV as a shampoo (supposedly works well for oily hair), and others don't rinse the ACV out of their hair at all... Read more
